STEP ONE: CHOOSE A PAYMENT OPTION
- Option 1 – Live Stream Both Years $3900
Pay $3900 in full to live stream both years of the course for a $400 savings
Full payment of $3400 Class balance is due by April 1st, 2027

- Option 2 – Live Stream Year 1/Attend in Person Year 2 $4400
Pay $4400 in full to live stream year one and attend year two in person for a $300 savings
Full payment of $3900 balance is due by April 1st 2027

Start your payment plan by sending in the first year tuition of $1800 by April 1, 2027.
Next pay 4 quarterly payments of $500. on 10/1/27, 12/1/27, 3/1/28, 5/1/28
Option 4 – Live Stream Year 1 / Attend in Person Year 2 with Payment Plan $4700
Reserve your Clinical Integration spot by sending in your non-refundable deposit of $500 today.
Start your payment plan by sending in the first year tuition of $2200 by April 1, 2027.
Next pay 4 quarterly payments of $500. on 10/1/27, 12/1/27, 3/1/28, 5/1/28

Please check P.22, item #1 of the NCCAOM recertification handbook to verify that these CEU are accepted for the purposes of recertification by the NCCAOM. Please check with your individual state board to ascertain if they will accept CA approved CEU for your state recertification.

Refund Policy and Payment Agreements
Please note: Receipt of your deposit indicates that you have read, understood, and consented to the following:
1. Your deposit of $500 ($520 with credit card) is non-refundable.
2. There are no refunds after 6/1/27 unless your space in the class can be filled.
3. Students choosing to pay over time who select the option to attend year two in person acknowledge that they have reserved a space in a limited enrollment class and that, after 6/1/27, they are responsible for paying the full tuition regardless of how their life circumstances might change unless their spot can be filled.
4. We reserve the right to deny attendance to any applicant for whatever reasons we deem necessary without explanation.
